How to Reheat Quiche in the Oven

The oven is by far the best method for reheating quiche. The oven will also help retain the flavors of quiche, plus preserve the texture of the delicate crust. We suggest that you do not use a microwave to reheat the quiche.

Reheating any type of egg in the microwave is risky business that usually leads to a rubbery texture and disappointing meal.

1. Start by preheating your oven to about 350°F.

2. Take your quiche out of the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature.

3. This will ensure your quiche is reheated nicely and evenly.

4. Place your quiche on a baking sheet and cover the crust with aluminum foil.

5. Warm the quiche in the oven for about 15 minutes, depending on the strength of your oven.

6. Every oven is unique, so your safest bet is to check the internal temp and take it out once your

quiche reaches at least 165 degrees.

7. Take your quiche out of the oven, transfer it to a cool plate, garnish it with your favorite herbs, and enjoy!

Reheating Pies and Lasagnas

Our pies reheat best in a conventional or toaster oven. If you need to use a microwave at home or work, we recommend wrapping your pie in a paper towel to absorb steam or using a microwave "crisping" tray to keep your pies from being soggy, while refreshing the crispness of our quality crust.

We realize that no two ovens heat the same so please use the instructions below as a guide. Gluten-free pies brown faster, so keep an eye on them.

Conventional or Toaster Oven

If the pie is frozen, keep frozen. Do not thaw.

1. Preheat oven to 375-400°F. Discard all non-metal packaging (please recycle/compost as needed), and leave your pot pie in the metal baking tin or glass container if you ordered it a glass container.

2. Cook on a baking sheet for 10-15mins if not frozen or 25-30 minutes if frozen. Be careful, the pie will be very hot!

3. Check that the pie is cooked thoroughly when an internal temp of 165°c is reached via a food thermometer.

4. Let it cool down a little before serving.

Reheating Butter Chicken and Beef Stroganoff

Defrost/ Thaw completely. Place in a pot on medium/high heat and warm for 5 mins. You don’t want to cook it too long otherwise the chicken/ beef can get tough.
