STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


    1. Order Placement and Confirmation:
      • Orders must be placed by Thrusday 10:00am for delivery on Fridays.
      • A confirmation email will be sent on the Thursday prior to the scheduled delivery date, confirming your order and the estimated delivery time.
      • Your invoice can be viewed on your client profile.
    2. Product Availability:
      • Our products are subject to availability. Items may be removed from the order form when they are sold out or not available.
      • Product availability may change weekly due to seasonality.
    3. Delivery:
      • Deliveries are made on Fridays to the address provided at the time of order.
      • If you are not available to receive the order in person, you may leave a cooler out for us to place the items in.
      • Please provide clear instructions for the cooler's location and any specific requirements.
    4. Payment:
      • Payment is due upon delivery. We accept cash or Electronic bank transfers.
      • Invoices will be sent out the Thursday evening before delivery. Invoices can also be viewed on your client profile.
    5. Returns and Refunds:
      • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
      • Refunds or replacements will be provided for damaged or unsatisfactory products on review and reasonable terms.
    6. Quality Assurance:
      • We take pride in offering high-quality products. If you encounter any quality issues with our products, please let us know, and we will address them promptly.
    7. Neighbor's Products:
      • We collaborate with local neighbors to offer a variety of goods. These products are subject to their terms and availability.
